Essential Responsibilities:

             

· Work with global technical team for NPI process include concept design ,electrical /mechanical drawing/BOM/Product specification/assembling WI/validation/training/document integration…etc.

    

· Address product design and WI issue via work with quality and production as well as sustainable design & WI and testing optimization to get quality & safety improvement, cost down.

    

· Develop the engineering team domain expertise of knowhow via work with global technical team and support local function team include quality, customer service, project proposal, sourcing team…etc.

    

· Leverage new technologies or tools to optimize product design processes.

    

· Lead projects execution if necessary from quotation to delivery.

    

· Make proper arrangement & clear scope of each team member and build/optimize the engineering process to make higher efficiency and qualified deliveries

    

· Supervise team activities on daily basis to get proper utilization.

    

· Drive Suez core value in teams Via cooperation with HR.

    

· Work with HR to develop intelligent team member with coaching & delegation and other activities

    

· Other jobs assigned by superior.

    

    

Qualifications Required:

    

    

· BS Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

    

· 8 yrs experience on in electrical/mechanical design in industrial equipment

    

· 3yr experience to manage design engineering team

    

· Well familiar with Chinese electrical/mechanical regulation standard

    

· PLC software experience particularly ABB & Siemens will be recommended.

    

· AutoCAD and Solid Works

    

· Successful experience in manufacturing of industrial equipment

    

· Rigorous, well organized

    

· Excellent relational quality, autonomous and ability to drive forward in order to work both independently or in a team.

    

· Language: Chinese, fluent in English
