作为细菌抗原组的一员，细菌抗原技术员将支持苏州新疫苗制造工厂的确认，特别是支持设备的确认和细菌抗原制造工艺体系的建立。As part of the Bacterial Antigens team, the Bacterial Antigens Technician will support the qualification of our new vaccine manufacturing site in Suzhou. In particular, this position will support the qualification of equipment and the establishment of systems used in the bacterial antigen manufacturing process.

当工厂开始运营，细菌抗原技术员将负责按照生产计划生产高质量的细菌抗原，包括：发酵、收获、灭活和净化。细菌抗原技术员也将参与辅助工作，如设备和溶液的准备和灭菌。As the site becomes operational, the Bacterial Antigens Technican is responsible for the production of high quality bacterial antigens in accordance with the production plan. This includes fermentation, harvest and inactivation and purification. The Bacterial Antigens Technician will also be involved in supporting activies such as equipment and solution preparation and sterilization.

持续供应Continuous Supply:

· 按照日生产计划，参与细菌抗原生产，包括：发酵、繁殖、收获、灭活和纯化等。Participate in bacterial antigen production according to the daily production plan, including fermentation, scale up, harvest, inactivation, purification, etc.

· 参与辅助性的操作，如工器具洗刷和准备、溶液准备、灭菌和过滤等。Participate in supporting operations such as equipment washing and preparation, solution preparation, sterilization and filtration, etc.

质量&符合性Quality & Compliance:

· 在细菌抗原车间认真执行质量管理体系、EHS管理体系以及其它管理体系的相关要求。Strictly follow the requirements of quality management system, EHS management system and other management system requirements in the antigen workshop.

· 参与细菌抗原车间内实施GMP相关的要求。Participate in the implementation of GMP related requirements in the antigen workshop.

· 参与细菌抗原生产SOP和批记录等文件的修订。Participate in the revision of SOPs and batch records for antigen production.

· 参与相关辅助记录的整理、检查、归档。Participate in collating, checking and filing related auxiliary records.

· 及时上报所有细菌抗原生产相关的偏差，参与偏差的调查以及相关整改和预防措施的实施。Report all deviations related to antigen production timely, participate in the investigation of deviations, and the implementation of related CAPA.

· 参与细菌抗原生产相关验证。Participate in the antigen production related validations.

卓越运营Operational Excellence:

· 利用OE（卓越运营）工具持续地改进细菌发酵工艺，提高细菌抗原收率，防止产品污染。Use OE (Operational Excellence) tools to continuous improve the production process for bacterial fermentation, increase the antigen yields, and prevent product contamination.

· 参与支持工艺改进，及时发现工艺中可能的问题，积极提出改进工艺，提高生产效率和降低生产成本的建议。Participate in process improvement, identify possible process problems timely, and propose suggestions to improve process actively, improve production efficiency and reduce production cost.

团队合作Team work:

· 参与人员的日常工作管理，参与车间内部会议，及时准确向上/向下传递信息，确保信息的准确性和一致性。Participate in management of the daily work and the workshop internal meetings, transmit information upward/downward timely and accurately to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the information

· 参与实施细菌抗原车间人员的培训计划，确保细菌抗原车间人员能力能够胜任各自岗位。Participate in the implementation of the antigen workshop personnel training plan to ensure that the antigen workshop personnel are competent for their respective positions.

· 配合部门完成个人发展计划。Cooperate with the department to fulfill the individual development plan.

完成上级交办的其它临时工作。Complete other temporary works assigned by leaders.

· 大学专科以上学历，生物科学或相关专业。College degree and/or above in biological sciences or related disciplines. · 在动物疫苗生产或研发企业有1年以上工作经历。At least one year working experience in animal vaccine manufacturing or R&D company.

TECHNICAL SKILLS and COMPETENCIES REQUIRED Indicate the technical skills required and/or preferred, as applicable. Include skills and knowledge essential to perform the position. · 具备细菌发酵方面一定的理论基础和操作经验。Demonstrated theoretical basis and hands-on experience in bacterial fermentation. · 具备一定的GMP规范知识和经验，一定的沟通能力和较强的自我学习能力。Demonstrated certain GMP knowledge and experience, certain communication skills and strong self-learning ability. · 具有较好的沟通能力和团队精神，具有自我学习提高的能力。Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, as well as good self-learning ability.
