1. Coordinate with purchasing, engineering, production, logistics and other functional departments
2. Arrange production planning for production, including releasing production orders, production order status follow up.
3. Balance work load of difference work stations in production workshop.
4. Contact with OP to clarify order issues and update order confirmation.
5. Organize meeting about production status follow-up and summary.
6. Comprehensive customer demands, material availability and production capacity to develop balanced production plan.
7. Arrange the warehouse planning and coordinate for in house materials flow design
8. Track the fulfilment of production order, identify the gaps and raise escalation if necessary.  Lead and coordinate all the detailed cases happened during the production till finished.
9. Annual Evaluation and update for Routing and standard hours
10. Maintain and optimize the Planning report to be more friendly use.
11. Optimize planning work all the time with lean production mind.

Finish other tasks arranged by production planning manager.
