Key Responsibilities:

1、Order Management

-Receive order advice from customer service. Allocate to appropriate supplier and ensure consistency with requirements.

-Receive order change request (from customer/supplier) and coordinate with Customer Service and business developer.

-Arrange QC team to inspect products according to order progress.

-Maintain accurate and up-to-date order information in system as advised.

-Follow orders according to milestones (confirm, material receipt, booking, apply QC inspection) and ensure on-time shipment.

2、Supplier Management

-Ensure the supplier receives and confirms orders, updates booking confirmation to CS.

-Receive QC inspection application from supplier, provide QC with a list of upcoming QC inspections.

-Keep close contact with suppliers, timely obtain product/ production information or related issue, and give feedback to BD and quality team on time.

-Coordinate payment, issuing of LC and Credit Note of claim between Singapore Finance and factories.

3、Report and Document

-Coordinate, upload shipping documents to share point and liaise documents arrived in SG on time.

-Update order, shipment and QC inspection report (daily, weekly, monthly), etc.

-Assist Office Manager and Quality Manager for report preparing etc. 

Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in shipping/logistic management/supply chain/ Business Management or equivalent  
• At least 3 years’ work experience in logistics and/or shipping
• Related background (Export furniture industry/ building material business)
• Process good analytical and problem-solving skills     
• Excellent Microsoft office-Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
• Good communication skills          
• Good verbal and written English/Local language             
• Strong teamwork
