Key Tasks and Responsibilities | ||
l Marintain the system & key operation data , and make business analysis accordingly l Weekly stock reivew and make fulfillment plan,and facilitate the goods allocation to Cainiao warehouse l Cordinate with the buyers to collect the materials of new items and make the preparations for the listings l Manage the Taobao partner to operate the store , including the new listings, webpages and promotion setting check , promotion follow-up, etc. l Monitor and analyse the marketing and price strategy of the competitors , and make adjustment of our own accordinglly l Set up and optimize the SOP according to the constant changes of business l Charges and Account checking with the business partners l Other tasks assigned by line manager
l 管理维护系统及核心数据，根据业务需求进行数据分析 l 每周制定商品补货计划，并协调完成实物调拨至菜鸟仓 l 协调品类采购，完成新品产品资料素材收集，做好新品上市前的相关基础准备工作 l 负责管理TP（淘拍档）完成店铺日常基础运营维护，包括产品上新，页面及促销设置检查，活动报名跟进等 l 负责核心竞对店铺的营销玩法、价格策略等跟进，结合市场变化，总结并做出改善措施 l 根据业务发展和变化不断的建立和完善SOP，形成有效流程管理制度 l 负责与各服务方的账务核对与结算 l 完成其他上级分配的任务 Qualifications Education: l Bachelor degree or above with major in relevant majoy, for example: Ecommerce etc. Experience: l >1 year experience of E-Commerce platform daily operation. l Experience within a multi-national corporation is preferred. Skills and Competencies: l Strong communication and interpersonal skills; l Good skills of Office software l Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
