JOB PURPOSE

• Contact window between BOLLORE and customer
• Implement internal KPI
• Cooperator with operation team to optimize project process
• SOP implement and optimize

• Outbound shipments track and trace
• Cooperate with warehouse operators to ensure incoming shipment warehouse operations are running smoothly for each customer
• Follow up outbound orders status
• WMS system operation
• Keep bonded stock of WMS system in line with Customs stock, 100% accuracy for each customer
• KPI reporting/damage reporting to customer every month
• Cooperate with customers broker for CIQ sample handover
• Follow up CIQ process and ensure lead-time meet commitment
• Immediately, in the event of an accident, dangerous occurrence, or a risk of imminent and serious injury or harm to the health of any person at the workplace, report the matter to your direct Manager
• Attend and actively participate in location QHSE meetings. Propose recommendations to your direct Manager in regards to how the QHSE Management Systems can be improved.
• Other tasks assigned by manager

• Enhance communication skill
• Enhance Excel/word technical

• At least 3-5 years related working experience in logistics industry
• College Degree or above
• Good English communication skills
• Strong knowledge in warehousing operations
• Good skills in MS Office
• Pro-active, fast acting, supportive and forward thinking
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated with positive working attitude, attentive to details
