Strategic purpose of the position:

This position holds critical responsibility to implement S&OP decisions to drive best-in class capacity planning operations at breweries, ensure optimal execution of master production plan within agreed level of service, cost and inventory.

v Demonstrated ability to drive collaboration and alignment among different stakeholders

v High integrity, Self-motivated, independent (able to work with minimum supervision).

v Commercial and Customers service mindset

Educational / minimum requirements:

v 2+ years’ experience in supply chain planning

v Basic understanding of logistics operations (multi-modal transportation, warehousing)

v Good data management and analysis skills. ability to synthesize complex concepts / measures into simple dashboards and reports.

Job responsibilities岗位职责:

？      Monthly ordering Packaging Material, daily/weekly material receipt schedule to suppliers

？      Develop weekly production schedule for rolling 6 weeks (by shift), including brewing and packing

？      Join Weekly demand and supply review meeting (with MPS)

？      Collaborate with operations and MPS to drive Compliance to Schedule

？      Facilitate weekly planning meeting at brewery level

？      Participant daily production meeting at brewery

？      Manage package material DOH in brewery target level
