Mission

The role of learning technique specialist contributes to the enhancement of the quality of learning and teaching across the Learning Link through the delivery of training, support, and guidance, and the development and implementation of innovative e-Learning tools and solutions.

The Role

1. Develop and design our learning material, coordinate and review training content, use new technology in developing specific e-Learning.

2. Lead on tasks relating to the development and administration of the Learning Link and other related learning systems.

3. Contribute to the effective implementation of new learning technologies and other web-based technologies in company, using both on-line and blended learning approaches.

4. Take charge of monitoring, reporting and implementation processes relating to system availability and quality of service.

5. Liaise with vendors and third-party developers and ensure effective communication of requirements and timely delivery in spec technologies, services and system functionality which meet system need.

6. Liaise and collaborate with Learning Council Team colleagues to promote best practice and evaluate the impact of technology-enhanced learning in the company.

7. Carry out any other duties as required, commensurate with the role position and as required to develop the role in line with changes to ongoing strategy.

What we expect of you?

1. Bachelor degree or above, computer science, media, marketing, or related major;

2. At least 3 year working experience in multimedia courseware and micro-course production, experience in video editing or graphic and animation design is preferred; participated in the whole process of micro-course video production is preferred;

3. Experience in operation and maintenance of LMS, familiar with the Corner learning is preferred;

4. Familiar with e-learning course development methodology and development process, familiar with Articulate is preferred;

5. Familiar with video editing software such as 剪映，Adobe premiere, and so on; proficient in post-production software such as AE, PR and PS;

6. Proficient in MS series office software, especially Stream and SharePoint;

7. Familiar with the web design software, such as Dreamweaver is preferred.

3. Good Command of English.
