Reporting Line: Managing Director

NxtAsia is providing consulting services to German machinery companies. It is also acting as a technical service hub for companies abroad who do not have their own service center in China. For this division we are looking for a pro-active and experienced service mechanics. The candidate will be located in NxtAsia’s office in Shanghai and travel project based within China.

Major responsibilities

?        Taking charge of installation, repair and maintenance of automation lines, primarily for the automotive industry (German component suppliers)

?        Documenting and writing reports for the clients

?        Carrying-out projects with the support of client’s staff from the beginning until the end (installation plus testing)

Qualifications & skills required

?        Construction mechanics or equivalent

?        3+ years of  experience in the field of machine service

?        Knowledge about automation lines/automotive production

?        Experience of mechanical parts, pneumatics, hydraulic parts and electronics

?        Client focus with excellent communication skills

?        Strong sense of responsibility and execution capability

?        Result-driven, organized, detailed minded

?        Language proficiency: English is required
