You will be responsible for process quality control for product quality reliability. Develop the preventative action to control the non-conforming product. Develop reliable solutions or improvements action for the existing quality and reliability issues based on the root cause analysis result. Keep products running in good quality and reliability. As a Quality Specialist, you will be reporting to Quality Manager in Business Area – Electrification, Distribution Solutions located in Tianjin, China.

- Leading process audit and making sure assembly process consistency and stability, developing corrective and preventive actions and following up.
- Collecting data to statistic and analyzing the quality status and developing the improvement action to control the non-conforming product.
- Leading root cause analysis for the product returned from customer site and developing the control plan.
- Cooperating with other function to solve the quality problem during production process and FQC process.
- Proactively identifying suggestions for product quality and reliability improvement based on the analysis results.
- Collaborating with FQC team to strengthen product final inspection, collaborating with SCM and IQC to drive supplier quality improvement and cooperating with customer to complete the project factory acceptance test.
- Supporting CCRP engineer and field service engineer to resolve field problem and drive long term solution and using basic tools and process analysis method, including benchmarking, flow charting, visual management, mistake proofing, etc. for continuous improvement.

- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in electrical automation or mechanical relevant.
- Must have a comprehensive and systematic knowledge of medium voltage switchgear product/process quality control and management with at least 3 years working experience in this field.
- Be familiar with medium voltage switchgear related IEC/GB standard, familiar with electrical principle and structure of medium voltage switchgear, with product design or final quality inspection experience is preferred.
- Be familiar with quality standard and improvement method, such as L6S or 8D and with Office software.
- Must be good at in data collection and analysis and drive continuous improvement, should have good problem analysis and solving skill.
- Be fluent in English language (listening, speaking, reading and writing).
- Good communication skills with different departments and customers.
- Strong logical thinking and analytical skills, great passion on technical challenge, solving quality issues, strong teamwork capability and good self-learning and sharing quality are required.
