工作内容:

1. 对遵守现有质量规定及质量目标负责；

 

2. 定期向质量部经理及当前经理不在时向他的代理人员提交报告；

 

3. 根据组织结构图对其部门员工的结构和资格培训负责；

 

4. 对所有与质量相关的批量生产任务的计划和执行负责。在特殊情况下，作为解答内部以及外部的质量问题的联系人；

 

5. 负责过程审核和产品审核的措施实施；

 

6. 负责批量生产中用于生产控制的统计工具的应用及评估（例如：检测工位，硬件，客户评估）；

 

7. 推动引导PFMEA在批量生产中的实施；

 

8. 负责过程分析，促进各部门改进措施的实施以及对各部门员工进行质量管理方面的培训；

 

9. 负责客户抱怨问题的现场确认、分析和措施落实，全面支持CQE并协助客户端质量绩效的监控和改善；

 

10. 负责原材料（毛坯）质量趋势的监控，对高不合格率的毛坯进行处置，并将信息反馈SQE。

 

任职资格：

 

· 全日制理工科专业本科以上学历；

 

· 至少5年以上相关行业质量管理经验；

 

· 较强英语听说读写能力（需用英语工作沟通）；

 

· 熟悉质量体系专业知识（ISO9001/IATF16949/VDA）；

 

· 工作态度认真，积极负责;较强学习、分析、理解、沟通和协调能力。
