工作内容：

- 及时准确地处理公司美国和加拿大两国的运输商运费发票。
- 主要处理运费发票和审核相关运输文件；
- 审核运费发票信息；
- 按照运输合同进行具体费用审核；
- 如有差异须发邮件给美国同部门或不同部门的同事或运输商核查；
- 将费用记入指定帐号；
- 向运输或财务部门申请正式批准；
- 付款信息录入系统。

要求:

- 大专及以上学历
- 有物流/船务/行政方面的文件处理经验者，优先考虑；
- 良好的英语表达和写作能力；
- 能独立工作，有团队合作精神；
- 良好的沟通能力；
- 细心、对数字敏感；
- 熟悉Words, Excels and PowerPoint 的操作。

Main Responsibilities:

· Freight bills auditing

· Freight rate checking with US domestic or international freight vendor

· GL account and Cost center coding

· Freight payment execution

· Pay each freight bill correctly and timely

· EDI management

· Paper invoice processing

Qualifications:

· College graduates or above

· Experience in Documentation department of logistics or ocean company or administration is preferred

· Good spoken and written English and Chinese

· Ability to work independently and be a good team player

· Customer-oriented with good communications skills

· Numerate with good attention to details

· Microsoft office literate: Words, Excels and PowerPoint
