WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO:

Retainer Base

• Exploring event production related agencies/vendors/venues to have creative concepts and higher quality services/products, as well as best ROI performance.
• Keeping close communications with vendors and update the status of vendors, negotiating the best of best deal to ensure cost effectiveness and job efficiency.
• Extending vendor database and establishing vendor segmentation and matrix, basing on different scales and specialty of vendors, for future vendor pitching and selecting.
• Managing the harmonious working relationship with internal departments to find out the real needs from commercial for event designing and execution.
• Keeping monitoring competitors’events and learning the strengthen.

Event Management

• Development, production and delivery of event projects in a systematic and strategic way from proposal to delivery and post – event wrap up for image building, commercial and corporate/internal events.
• Evaluate and adjust event activities based on the business needs and market status, set up the right strategy, create event concept and project plan, follow through event production, logistics control, hospitality and event management.
• Developing and managing the event budget and ensure which is being well controlled on a day to day basis.

Finance & Admin

• Handle administrative works including but not limited to budget updating, payment settlement, stock requisition, filling and warehouse stock management with or without the support from event coordinator / intern.

WHAT YOU’RE GREAT AT:

• 3-5 years of event management experience
• luxury or premium durable good brands preferred
• fluent in oral and writing of English

On a trip halfway across the world, founder Filip Tysander met an intriguing British gentleman with impeccable yet unpretentious style. The *** had a particular fondness for wearing his vintage watches on old, weathered NATO straps. Inspired by his new acquaintance, Filip created his own line of watches - minimalist and refined.
The ***’s name? Daniel Wellington.
