Main Responsibilities include:

The role of the On-site Security System Administrator is to provide excellent customer maintenance and services to specific customer group (multinational company or international organization clients), enhance security products and systems usage, and enable clients to derive maximum benefit from the ICD Security Systems. This position partners with the client’s security team that programs are in line with the client's strategic needs and ensures client satisfaction.

Performs security management system as Operator/Administrator role on site, which includes,

- Operate and maintain the client security system, provide high quality, value added, and 100% customer satisfactory services。

- Optimizes related hardware/software/network devices, promise the system achieve the maximum functions.

- Able to recognized the potential risk or any other problems which may affect the security system smoothly running and client’s normal work.

- Offer system troubleshooting and maintenance service with high efficiency and solution focused.

- Provide Routine Preventative Maintenance service for the whole security system software and hardware, reduce or avoid the problem affects not be predictable to the customer's normal work.

- Completed all necessary external and internal professional reports timely and accurately.

- Continuously upgrade knowledge and technology of security system and services.

- Offer professional suggestions and advises to clients during the security system maintenance, design, update, modification and security projects chose.

- Full time work on assigned customer sites and timely come back ICD office to participate training sessions as required.

- Environmental, Health and Safety mindset and integrity spirit.

Requirements:

- Associate degree or above, major in Electronic, Computer Science, Automation engineering…etc or equivalent.

- Mature and professional image in personal aspects and communications.

- More than 1 years experience in customer services institution: security, IT, electronics, automatics or related fields.

- Able to communicate in English.

- Good communication skill.

- Effectiveness, efficiency and results orientation.

- Strong customer service sense and skills as demonstrated by an ability to anticipate and meet customer needs.

- Good Team worker.

外派的安防系统管理员将被外派到客户现场（跨国公司），协助客户维护由ICD提供安装的安防系统，确保系统的正常运行和实现客户的需求，获得***的投资收益。驻场管理员将与客户方的安全团队一起合作，完成客户的需要，达到客户的满意度。

在客户现场执行安全系统管理员的工作包括

- 操作和维护客户现场的安防系统，为客户提供高质量，超预期的，100%客户满意度的服务。

- 优化相关的硬件，软件和网络设备，保证系统的功能***化。

- 有能力发现安防系统潜在的风险或任何其他影响系统正常工作或客户正常工作的安全问题。

- 提供及时有效的故障解除和系统维护服务。

- 对整体安防相关的软件和硬件设备提供例行预防性巡检服务，减低或避免不可以预见性的问题影响到客户的正常工作。

- 及时和准确地完成所有对内、对外工作报告。

- 不断地提高相关的系统知识和服务技能。

- 在安防系统的维护，设计，升级，改造和设备选型等过程中，为客户提供专业的意见。

- 外派至客户现场工作，并按时参加ICD的培训。

- 具备环境、健康和安全意识。

职位要求:

- 大专及以上学历,专业以电子类、计算机科学、自动化工程和机械工程类专业为优先。

- 成熟、专业的外在形象和沟通技巧。

- 1年以上安防、IT、电子或自动化领域相关的客户服务工作经历者优先。有IT工作经验者优先。

- 良好的英文听说读写能力。

- 良好的沟通能力。

- 有效率，有成效，一切以结果为导向的工作态度。

- 以客户需求为导向，优秀的客户服务意识和技巧。

- 良好的团队合作精神。
