Functional area/职责

• Understand target customers’ potential requirements via effective communication, integrate all information and give feedback to Sales Team in time; 与客户进行良好地沟通，理解、洞察目标客户的潜在需求，并及时整合并反馈至公司相关销售人员
• Master the telephone sales process and skill; 熟练掌握电话营销的询问内容、方式、要求及操作流程
• Pay return visit to target and interested customers to maintain good relationship and look for new opportunities in cooperation; 对符合条件、有意向的客户做好定期回访，维护良好的客户关系，寻求新的合作机会
• Record the phone call data properly, complete daily report, maintain customer information and documents filing; 分门别类的做好电话记录，每日完善日报表，做好客户信息维护和档案管理工作
• Make daily telephone visit plan and conduct well; 据情况制定每日的电话拜访额并能良好地完成
• Other work assigned by the company公司安排的其他工作事项

• College degree or above, major in marketing will be preferred; 大专学历及以上，市场营销相关专业优先
• Telephone sales experience will be a plus 有电话销售经验优先考虑
• More than 1 year telephone sales experience of industrial products, has sharp market insights ;一年以上工业品销售经验, 具有敏锐的市场洞察力
• Flexible and is able to make immediate response; 应变能力强
• Excellent communication skills; 出色的沟通技巧
• Good command of English in oral and written will be a plus; 有良好的英语读写和沟通能力者优先
• Problem solving capabilities, can work under pressure; 独立解决问题的能力，抗压性强
• Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation; 积极主动，具有强烈的责任感
• Ability to work in a team environment; 良好的团队合作能力
