主要职责：

1. Responsible for effectively, efficiently and promptly responding to customer inquiries, requests and complaints received via social media channels, email or telephone calls;

2. Collect, direct the questions, complaints and issues from customers to the relevant departmetns for further resolving in a timely manner if needed;

3. Provide customers information regarding products and services of the company;

4. Day to day working closely with our IP Protection Agency on counterfeit and IP infringements to safeguard our brands.

职位要求：

1. Degree in e-Commence, Marketing, PR or related discipline;

2. Minimum of 2 years of customer services working experience. Knowledge in E-commence/retail is an advantage (Taobao, Amazon and Tmall);

3. Strong communicate effectively with internal team and customers;

4. Good command of speaking and writing English, Chinese is a must;

5. Experience with computer applications such as work processing, spreadsheet and web application;

6. Good teamwork, organizational and time management skill;

7. Comfortable with multi-tasking and prioritization and able to work in an independent, efficient and effective manner in a fast-paced environment;

8. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence;

9. Ability to work with minimal supervision;

10. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
