General Responsibilities 主要工作职责

？ Perform as contact “window” for branch and oversea colleague, be responsible for daily business control---

including customer profile, all related issues and supervision of the whole team.

？ Perform as commercial function to promote business

Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责

？ Collecting and preparing vendor’s information to OPS, file all SOPs and customer record for team’s comply

收集整理客户信息并完成整理SOP 和客户记录,用以团队执行操作

？ Indicate all the shipping instruction clearly on the transfer docs to operation and documentation’s guideline

明确出运指示,并传达指导方针给操作和单证

？ Acting as A/C owner for VIP customers

承担重要客户的管理责任

？ Team member training & performance monitoring

团队成员的培训&绩效检查

？ Timely problem and trouble case solving and necessary escalation for any irregular cases

非正常事件的及时解决以及必要时需及时上报管理层

？ Monitor all the team member reply the e-mail correctly and timely before duty-off of each day.

监督管理组内成员工作当天的邮件即时正确的回复

？ To have close communication with all local suppliers. (carrier, trucking agent, broker….)

紧密联系当地供应商(船东,卡车,报关行等)

？ Back up for op during his or her absence and annual leave

组内同事外出或年假, 做好替补工作

？ Any other task assigned by OP manager

完成经理分配的其他工作

？ Perform as commercial function to promote business

？ Join sale call to VIP customer with sales team.

协同销售团队拜访重要客户

？ Give strong support to sales team, provide any information they needed

Education & Working Experience 教育背景及工作经验

？ Operation freight transportation or logistics Management skill 运输或物流管理技能

？ Colleague degree above 专科学历及以上

？ 5 years industry experiences ,1 year on management role 5 年行业内经验，1 年以上管理经验

Skills & Knowledge 技能与知识

Professional Knowledge 专业知识

？ Knowledge of daily operation, include ocean and AIR. 日常操作的海空运知识

Soft Skills 软件技能

？ Familiar with MS office 熟练掌握办公软件

Language Skills 语言技能

？ Good English in daily communication 良好的英语日常沟通能力
