职位描述
岗位职责Job Responsibility：
- 从事第二代高通量DNA测序技术（测序前）相关的项目研发工作；
- 快速掌握与熟练操作二代测序前文库构建方法，与团队一起系统性地测试新试剂与新方法；
- 精通分子生物学技术，精通PCR技术者优先，有二代测序建库经验者优先；
- 能有序做好项目的基础管理工作，保存各文件、记录、数据等资料；
- 能及时准确与有关部门沟通项目进展，提供技术支持；
- 能够融入高速发展的有激情的创业团队
任职要求 Qualification:
- 勤奋认真，团队合作，有较强的动手能力
- 熟练掌握分子生物学技术（DNA/RNA的提取，定量，质控，分子克隆，PCR，qPCR，sanger测序）
- 熟练掌握基本办公软件例如Word/Excel/PowerPoint
- 有一定英文基础，能阅读理解掌握英文说明书
- 医疗相关专业硕士及以上学历
- 2-5年实验室工作经验
- 有以下技术优先考虑 （1）细胞学/病理技术：组织固定，免疫组化，HE染色，FISH，石蜡切片。（2）细胞培养 （3）二代测序文库制备
