职位描述

Responsibility:
Under the administrative direction and in accordance with corporate and division policies, maximizes profitable sales volume, develops sales objectives and associated strategies and coordinates area sales activities through JCI branded accounts.


Typical Duties:

· Develops sales forecasts and objectives and formulates promotional plans and programs to meet and exceed regional goals.

· Fully responsible for the meeting and exceeding area sales targets and goals.

· Provides council, advise and recommendations, as appropriate, to assist WD Accounts in carrying out assigned responsibilities.

· Provides counsel, advise and recommendations to sales engineers on the competitive market trends, conditions and opportunities to assure proper consideration in the formulation of marketing plans, programs and customer policies.

· Manage regional WDs and evaluate WD performance on a monthly basis and correct problems on time

· Maintains frequent and regular contact with Customer management, purchasing and field management for purpose of maximizing WDs promotion activities and expand JCI share of their total battery volume.

· Develops specialized programs to acquire new business and improve existing business with emphasis on pricing inventory planning, advertising, billing, product line variation warranty adjustments and other promotional considerations.

· Progressively prospects for new accounts and solicits new customers to grow the JCI customer base.

· Develops and maintains contact with key customer representatives, loyalty and relationship;

· Negotiates or assists in the negotiation of regional accounts customer sales contracts

· Responds to customer home office and store inquiries regarding the status of orders, new product offerings, promotional needs and payment etc..

· Develops program to train store personnel on the sales, service and technical aspects of the product.

· Focus on helping WD to develop a strong trading network, optimize product mix to gain profit in assigned territory

· Submit working plan, travelling plan and trip report on a weekly basis

· Other duties as required.


Requirements:

· Bachelors degree or equivalent in emphasis on Marketing or Business.

· Eight to ten years sales experience in account sales and or marketing. 3 years sales team management experience;

· Proven Communication effectiveness in written and spoken English and Chinese Languages.

· Sales plan development and implementation.

· Ability to effectively interface with multiple levels of personnel with internal and external customers.

· Ability to analyze data to business conclusion.

· Competency and effectiveness in presentation, management and communication of data by computer.

· Effective negotiation.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities.


Working Conditions:


· Significant travel, and non-traditional work hours.
