Job Description

The construction manager is in charge of organizing daily works on site for all subcontractors, make sure that the safety measures are in place and control the quality and the progress of the works in terms of the time schedule and milestones. Report to the Project Manager;

- Review, approve the safety plan and attend the safety meetings

- Monitor, organize and coordinate the daily work for the subcontractors and make sure it's completed according to the schedule on daily basis

- Animate the coordination meetings, work out and control the construction schedule and make the timely rectification if needed to deliver the project on/before the schedule

Requirements

- At least 8 years construction management experience .

- Must have very good knowledge of civil works, steel works etc

- Be good at written and verbal English

- Possess good communication skills and be good at reporting

- Good at pushing people to deliver the result
