SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO（具体职责包括但不限于）:

• 能够很好地和外部沟通（主机厂、用户等），获得准确的设计信息。
• Be able to communicate with OEM and end users to get the accurate design input.
• 根据设计规范完成产品的总装、零件、试验及拆装工具设计，选择合适的零件材料和规格，并编写BOM清单、试验任务书及安装运行维护说明等。
• Be able to finish overall seal and component part design and materials, proposals, layouts, BOM, installation, assembly, detail drawing, test specification and IOM etc..
• 能够准确地翻译国外零件图纸。
• Translate the foreign parts drawings.
• 文件管理系统中的图纸维护和控制。
• Maintenance & control of drawings on the Document Management System.
• 能够使用合适的技术工具（程序，软件，理论公式等），对产品的设计和应用进行深入的分析。
• Be able to use appropriate engineering tools (program, software, theoretical functions etc.) to do calculation for the product design and application analysis.
• 能够按图纸审核提示及相关设计标准，技术协议等要求，完成图纸互审及初审。
• Carry out 1st round drawing checking according to related design guideline, technical agreement, drawing checking list.
• 按时完成设计资料的内外部图纸确认,归档下发，GCN的填写，及时向上级汇报可能导致项目延期的问题，便于及时协调沟通。
• Get Drawing approval on time by internal and external ，Fill up GCN timely and file & release drawing on time, report pending item that maybe cause project delay and need further communication with others timely.

新机团队职责: FF TEAM RESPONSIBILITIES

• 能够准确有效地完成进口密封项目从初步设计到最终设计的过程中的所有数据等设计信息的传达和确认。（新机团队）
• Finish the transmission and conformation of all design input and output for import projects. (FF team)
• 产品标准化工作，如准备标准设计文件、标准零件图纸等。 (新机团队)
• Products standardization, such as finish design guideline, TAB drawings. (FF team)

最终用户团队职责: EU TEAM RESPONSIBILITIES

• 对失效密封进行分析，编写失效分析报告；定期对失效密封进行分类，并分析失效原因及编写故障树。（最终用户团队）
• Analyse the seal failure, do the failure report, periodically classify the failure seal report to find the reason and finish the fault tree. (EU team)
• 在改造项目中，能够独立完成框架测绘并绘制成图，能够独立完成设计输入的收集工作，完成初步改造方案。 (最终用户团队)
• Be able to measure the cavity dimensions in compressor and drawing the framework drawing for retrofit project, individually collect design input information, and finish the retrofit proposal. (EU team)
• 完成领导指定的部门其它工作.
• Be able to finish other job assigned by Leader.

OCCUPATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL, HEALTH AND SAFETY DUTIES（职业环境、健康及安全职责）:

• 遵守约翰克兰基本环境健康安全规范/Follow JC cardinal behavior and care for the environmental, health and safety of myself and others.
• 保证工作胜任，参加相应培训，行动需授权。Keep competency and attend training, act when authorized.
• 始终遵守工作地点的程序和指导/Follows workplace procedures and instructions at all times.

辨识和报告不安全，危险的工作环境/Identifies and reports unsafe, unhealthy or hazardous working conditions.

根据需要使用合适的个人防护劳保用品/Uses personal protective equipment as required.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS（学历及工作经验要求）：

• 机械工程专业、化工机械,流体机械专业本科或硕士学历，一般需要至少2~3年过程工业设备设计经验。
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering , Chemical machinery, Fluid machinery with minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience in plant process equipment design knowledge.
• 熟练运用绘图软件，如Solid Edge, PDM等；熟练使用Office（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）办公软件。
• Skilled in drawing software & Office software such as Sold Edge, PDM, word, excel and PowerPoint， SharePoint, etc.
• 熟悉干气密封系统产品的特性及设计要求。
• Be familiar to dry gas seal product characters and design requirements.
• 熟悉掌握与技术相关的网络工具的应用。
• Master the usage of internet tools about technology.
• 良好的口头及书面技术交流及展现技巧。
• Excellent written and verbal technical communication and presentation.
• 积极主动的按时高效完成相关任务。
• Ability to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• 良好的英语书面及口语沟通能力。
• Good verbal and written English communications skills.
