About the role

    

As Facilitator at Future Electronics, you will develop employees by designing, developing and executing a variety of organizational effectiveness classes, instructor-led, online programs and organizational development initiatives. In addition, the individual will coach employees to become more effective in their jobs, evaluate outcomes, conduct research trends and best practices.

    

    

    

What you’ll do (responsibilities)

  • Design and develop curriculum that integrates adult learning and leadership development theory and puts it into practical application in the form of instructor-led sessions, online courses, job aids, videos, support tools and other blended learning solutions that cost - effective, innovative and achieve learning objectives.
  • Facilitate large and small group sessions as part of our classes, organizational development sessions and ad hoc requests with a focus on a variety of interpersonal development topics. Guide participants through experiential learning simulations and activities.
  • Work with a variety of VPs, HODs and other members of the team to analyze business challenges and make decisions, identify root cause issues, propose actionable ideas, and deliver effective solutions with minimal guidance and in short timelines. Evaluate the effectiveness of proposed solutions.
  • Coordinate and execute all details associated with training projects and learning initiatives, which includes all training related logistics.
  • Lead or support ad hoc organizational development requests, which includes process mapping, organizational design, strategy development, new leader transitions, talent development, change management and project consultation.
  • Create and monitor work plans for current and future projects to ensure that organizational effectiveness initiatives maintain a high level of professionalism and effectiveness while providing an exceptional learning experience for participants.
  • Update and maintain training program material and record timely.
  • Manage multiple, high visibility projects simultaneously.
  • Implementing any other duties as assigned.

                                        

    

What you’ll need (qualifications)

  • Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent.
  • Proficient on MS Office applications e.g. Excel, PPT, Outlook and Word.
  • Minimum 8 or more years of experience in classroom training, talent development, workforce planning, Learning processes and employee development relations.
  • Travel required, at least 45% of time will travel to branches.
  • Action and result-oriented.
  • Excellent influencing and Interpersonal skills with people at all levels, internally and externally
  • Works effectively under pressure.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning styles, participative training design, group dynamics, interactive learning methods, systems theory and advanced consulting methods, leadership coaching, conflict resolution.
  • Effective planning and project management skills with the ability to work within tight deadlines.
  • Ability to engage, conduct diagnosis, analyze findings, generate options and build commitment to solutions.
