职位描述

JOB PURPOSE

· Manage and grow Bollore Logistics market share with Cosmetics account over Greater China perimeter

· Accompany them in their development and insure Bollore Logistics recognition as innovative provider

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS

Update mapping of all entities, decision makers and stakeholders in GCN
Lead Tender response over GCN
Pilot Business review (QBR, MBR) in coordination with Regional Account manager in Singapore.
Lead the development of value-added services and optimization in China including:
Domestic transportation
Trucking and Rail cross border services
PO management for upstream flows (raw materials)
CSR initiatives
Drive – together with BL Supply chain management – the implementation of e-commerce solutions

BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS

Master’s degree or equivalent
5 to 10 years of experience in Logistics industry with significant knowledge of the Perfumes & Cosmetics cluster.
Proficient in Mandarin or Chinese Native. Bilingual English; French would be a plus
Must be able to work independently and as well as a team player
Goal oriented individual, motivated self-starter with excellent organizational skills and ability to multi tasks
Good negotiation skills
Must have a natural excellence in communication incl. good verbal and written communications skills
Strong experience in sales in 3PL industry
Significant experience in dealing with multi-cultural contacts and high-level decision makers
