Summary:

• Implement continuous improvement by VAVE method, lower products cost or lifting performance which customer valued or improve customer satisfaction, mainly focus on legacy products, key growing area or improve product competitiveness. Driving and leading VAVE projects which have big business impact, help to build continuous improvement culture.
• Working with product manager, design engineers and sourcing team, manage projects effectively and implement projects successfully achieve company Saving target.
• Lead, guide, and coach engineers for improving design. Continuously, build up engineering CI capabilities and improve team performances.
• Cooperate with other teams: sales, AE, factory and product manager effectively to reach company targets.
• Assist Product Development Manager and Director to improve continuously team capability and performance to reach company targets.

Responsibilities:

· VAVE manager make yearly cost saving plan, with investment, resources need etc. , to top management approval

· Approved project will get fully support in expenses, resources and function dept. cooperation

· VAVE manager is responsible for project implementation and ensure target achieved.

· VAVE manager organize team and communicate for support, will give monthly report and support by RDE director

· Make sure assigned projects accomplished successfully per project schedule and apply VAVE skills in project management and deliver result.

· VAVE project result will be convert into system and check saving by BOM , If the above can not realize, Finance will support do saving analysis, and evaluate the project effect.

· VAVE manager lead meeting when project finished 6-12 month to review the result, the deviation has to be check and action needed.

· The failed project has to be check or re-start as need

· VAVE manager need to establish good and effective communication with plant fuction team like : Engineering, Operation, Testing and Sourcing.

Qualifications:

• BS Degree in related Engineering major, pump or hydraulic design background is prefer.
• 7 years technical design and with more than 3 year as project leader.
• Knowledge of operation processes and work flows in manufacturing factory.
• Knowledge of quality control and ISO9000
• Knowledge of international & industry standards
• Strong leadership abilities and work actively.
• Ability to work independently on projects with complex technical and/or commercial issues.
• VAVE knowledge and project management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong team work, cooperation, coordination, and communication ability.
• English language skills
• Time management, think logically, and work in organized ways
