JOB BRIEF

We are looking for customer service engineer for Analytical System High of purity carrier gases (nitrogen,

oxygen, helium, argon hydrogen, CO2, Dry air, NH3, etc) to select the suitable analyzer technology for

customer's applications, to contribute to new analyzers sourcing, lead the clarifications with the analyser

suppliers and to provide excellent customer service for analytical system (CQC&iQC) delivered to our

Electronics customers (eg Huawei, TSMC, BOE, etc) for pre-commissioning/Commissioning and maintenance.

Beside analytical systems, the candidate shall be interested in learning about purification technologies of same

gases to be able to perform pre-commissioning, commissioning and maintenance service for the purifiers

(catalytic and cryogenics) delivered to our customers. The geographical coverage is Asia (mainly China

mainland, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia).

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

● recommend the suitable analytical equipment to our customers

● support sourcing efforts for new analysers for different projects over Asia

● support sales (technical sales function with clear communication of advantages and disadvantages of different technologies available in the market and within our company portfolio)

● Investigate customer's problems and find technical solutions himself/herself or within the technical

specialists / vendors network.

● Candidate must have a passion for working with customers and on customer site as the job requires to work up to 50% out of office

● In charge of solving any instrument/process control issues, by fixing parts or elements or by changing parts or elements.

● In charge of solving any mechanical issues by fixing parts or elements, by changing parts or elements.

● In charge of solving any electrical issues by fixing electrical parts.

● In charge of executing the Maintenance Contract in the lab or on site.

● Able of Wiring electrical cabinets or Junction Boxes, read data in Siemens PLC STEP7 is a plus

● Able to resolve complaints and order issues.

● Good communication skills with the customer and within his network, open minded

● Compile site activities reports when aligning with the customer

● Perform the work in line with customer’s objectives when providing additional value through his/her

expertise to the customer and to the team

● Able to provide recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans;

resolving problems

Analytical System Engineer Skills and Qualifications:

● MIn: graduated from university after 4 years with analytical systems background (technology understanding)

● Customer service or site or Lab experience with analytical systems of at least 2 years

● In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices (gases and site safety, communication, able to write reports)

● Proficiency in MS Office applications (ready to learn other tools)

● Detail and quality oriented, Team player, Willing to develop together with the company

● Product knowledge within the following market is a PLUS : analyzers or purifiers for Electronic career gas

● Chinese spoken/written. Basic English or ready to learn English intensively.
