职位描述
本职位Salary面议，工作地点为鄂州经济开发区轻工路18号，公司提供班车给居住在武汉的员工周一至周五上下班往返于工厂和光谷大洋百货附近。同时每天供应免费的早中晚餐。
Duties:
1. 编制和执行公司行政政策。
2. 支付并控制公司行政费用。
3. 负责鄂州分公司日常行政工作运行（包括员工接送安排，邮件处理，文档保存，文具采购和管理等）
4. 和行政相关的供应商管理，以及付款安排。
5. 为工厂厂长提供助理支持，例如关键会议的翻译，基本的财务FA分析，PPT的准备等工作。
6. 为工厂厂长准备报告，安排出差行程，安排会议行程。
7. 负责车辆司机管理，食堂管理，宿舍和办公场地管理，保洁相关管理。
8. 负责文件管理。
9. 为公司的同事或者访客进行酒店机票预订。
10. 负责员工活动的组织工作。
11. 监督供应商对办公室相关用品的采购，维修等工作。
12. 为其他部门进行非原材料采购的PR创建工作。
13. 厂长安排的其他工作。
Skills and Abilities:
1. 行政管理等相关专业大学专科以上学历。
2. 精通英语和中文。
3. 熟练使用office办公软件。
4. 具有非常好的沟通能力。
5. 会操作SAP系统。
