• Perform administration and operational support for all servers, storages and network equipment for LF logistics China
• Work with internal colleagues and external vendors for global infrastructure system implementation, enhancement, support and maintenance
• Provide system monitoring, provisioning, support and maintenance for all IT equipment
• Review system and storage performance and assist in planning and design with global infrastructure
• Handle ad-hoc Global infrastructure request and M&A projects as assigned
• Provide training to level 1 and level 2 support teams
• Drive and manage infrastructure projects
• Requirement gathering, solutions definition and engineering, and other duties associated with design phases of methodology
• Ensure all network equipment are in working order and accounted for
• Perform work assignments associated with network placement and IP address assignments for printers, servers and other similar devices
• Manage and support company routers, switches and firewalls
• Identify support trends, troubleshoot issues, and provide escalation point to others within the department or liaising with third parties when required
• Support exiting processes and solutions to maintain corporate data security
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to internal and external customers
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve internal customer issues related to systems infrastructure
• Provide 2nd /3rd level support coverage including out of hours support (callout) as part of the callout roster
• Document and diagram all infrastructure solutions to company standards
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
  

                                                                            

Requirements

    

    

Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline preferred

    

Minimum 5 years' relevant experience

    

Experience in designing systems and storage architecture and delivering infrastructure systems solutions in multiple data center environment

    

Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded

    

Ability to build strong relationships with the team, communicate effectively with internal and external parties

    

Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem solving skills, able to meet deadlines

    

Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

    

MCITP or CCNP

    

Literate in Microsoft office programs. Proficiency using Windows desktop and server platforms, including Active Directory, Mac OS, Windows 10, Windows Server 2008 and 2016, Cloud service, MS Office and networking and routing technologies.

要求

至少5年相关经验
