1、能独立完成软件的模块设计、开发、测试、修改bug等工作；

2、能有效沟通业务需求，编写功能模块详细设计，独立实现业务功能与单元测试；

3、能对已经部署的系统进行升级和维护等；

4、撰写相关的技术文档。

任职要求：

1、本科以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年以上工作经验；

2、具有丰富的Java、JSP、Servlet开发经验；

3、精通Java/J2EE编程，有Spring，MyBatis开发经验，熟练使用Eclipse等开发工具；

4、熟悉SqlServer，MySql，Oracle等常用数据库，精通SQL语言；

5、具有一定的需求分析和设计能力，能快速理解业务需求并进行相关逻辑设计。
