Main Missions

To assist Lead HRBP as one single interface. Besides as partner to address HR needs and align with HR back office to provide professional HR solution to BL leaders for people management and talent development, he/she will build bridge to enhance effective communications between HR back office(HR SSC, CoE) with front line, and help them to better understand business needs, develop/improve HR policies/procedure.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Lead HRBP and recruiter on recruitment plan and follow up the recruitment process to select right candidates. 

• Assist Lead HRBP in talent review process and succession planning. Work with Lead HRBP on action plans for talent pipeline buildup and management

• Implement corporate Performance Management policy and process, coach line managers to use the tools, ensure the periodical completion of performance management activities.

• Support Lead HRBP to identify annual training plan and development needs. Collaborate with the Training team to monitor learning course status and push to achieve completion rate.

• Effective communication between staff and provide professional HR consultation and support for business management

• Support Lead HRBP to follow up company's compensation and benefit programmes and activities.

• Collaborate with the COE Team to supervise and monitor the implementation of HR policies, make sure all the HR activities following the right process. Provide consultancy to employees on HR related issues. 

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor degree, with the discipline of HRM, Phycology is preferred

• 8+ years experience as HR BP or HR Generalist in MNCs. 

• Familiar with all aspects of HR key parts, in particular recruiting, workforce planning, reward and performance management.  

• Good command of English both written and spoken

• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills

• Passionate, Proactive, can work independently

• Willing to take a certain frequency of short-distance travel
