1. Act as internal consultant, formulate and present possible solution directions for non standard HSE&S - questions not captured in procedures.  

2.  Act as a change agent for HSE&S culture and continuous improvement and a role model for ensuring compliance with HSE&S policies and procedures.   

3. Develop, manage, implement and maintain HSE management systems and ensure the registration of HSE&S related activities.  

4. Optimization - Identify and evaluate HSE and risk issues and opportunities for HSE&S improvement, make suggestions for improvement and stimulate and support the organization in implementation hereof.  

5. Define, plan, manage and co-ordinate assigned (portfolio of) projects and ensure execution and delivery.  

6. Stakeholder management - Build and maintain a network with in- and external HSE&S professionals and ensure transfer of HSE&S knowledge, requirements and best practices within the company.

7. Knowledge management - Keep up with internal and external developments and ensure development, transfer and retention of HSE&S knowledge and best practices as well as ensure functional excellence.

任职条件：  

• Bachelor degree or above on chemical engineering/chemistry related
• Registered safety engineer qualification
• More than five years of relevant work experience in the chemical industry and experience in HSE&S management
• Chemical, safety or environmental related professional
• Understand the characteristics and applications of production processes, raw materials and products, and understand the basic principles of HSE&S
• Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skill.
• Good skill on PC.
• Excellent communication skills.

天津工厂
诺力昂天津工厂注册于天津经济技术开发区（天津滨海新区），坐落于天津市北辰区，作为化学品事业部在中国最早投资的公司之一，成立于1997年6月，占地4万平方米，注册资金累计3.16亿人民币，现有员工230余人。天津工厂主要生产并销售有机过氧化物、聚合物添加剂并提供相关服务。
2018年7月，公司化学品事业部投资9千万欧元在天津南港筹建4万吨过氧化物项目，该项目作为天津市重点工程受到天津市委的高度关注，项目预计到2021年其生产线将建成投产，以满足不断增长的市场和客户需求。届时天津工厂将从北辰区全部迁移至南港，新工厂占地14万平方米。
