职位描述

本职位Salary面议,工作地点为鄂州经济开发区轻工路18号,公司提供班车给居住在武汉的员工周一至周五上下班往返于工厂和光谷大洋百货附近。同时每天供应免费的早中晚餐。

Duties:

1. Develops and directs implementation of company administration policies.

2. Establishes and controls administrative costs.

3. Responsible for GCP Ezhou branch company’s daily administrative operations ( including transportation arrangement, mailing, filing, stationary suppliers, etc.).

4. ADM related vendor management and payment arrangement, also cover quality, etc.

5. Provide personal assistant to Plant Manager, such as critical meeting translation, Basic financial FA analysis, PPT presentation preparation etc.

6. Prepare report, arrange travelling, arrange meeting for the plant manager.

7. Car/driver, Canteen, Dormitory and Housing, and Cleaner daily management.

8. Document management.

9. Hotel & air ticket reservation and reception for internal/external clients.

10. Support on staff activity organization.

11. Supervise office supplies procurement, renovation, maintenance and interacts with office suppliers and vendors.

12. Indirect material PR relating office, quality department.

13. Other tasks assigned by Plant Manager.

Skills and Abilities:

1. College degree above in HR, Administration or related discipline.

2. Proficient in both English and Chinese.

3. Be very familiar with PC application such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

4. Good communication skills both vertical and horizontal.

5. SAP is plus.
