职位描述
To manage and supervise air outbound operations to make sure the customer service quality
1.Supervise the daily operations of the Customer Service Officer.
2.Regularly set up internal service review meeting with Key account owner/APE/ operations for Service quality
Proactively and regularly attend external service review meeting with customer for good relationship with account owner together3. Support account owner to define process flow of SOP in place and instruct staff to closely follow up
4. Actively handle customer complaints and make effective countermeasure for service improvement
5.Join the meetings with all related managements since the KEY projects implement until go life
6. Drive Team productivities and provide services for all extra inquires which given by customers’ side during the daily jobs
7.Assist Customer Service Manager for any special projects especially the key issues for those VIP customers
8.Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Knowledge, Experience & Skills
1.Bachelor Degree ,Bachelor Degree above
2.Minimum 6-8 years related experience in Air freight operation ;Over 8-10 years related experience in Air freight operation
3.have leadership knowledgeReliable, Well organized, Honest, Team-player Excellent communication skill in both Chinese and English,Strong leadership background is preferred
4.Good people management skill
