About us and the role

H&M entered China in 2007 and has since grown rapidly. The CRM team in H&M’s China is responsible to strengthen customer relationships by building and managing a world-class loyalty program and to increase relevance through the customer journey with strategic CRM efforts. Ensuring that we, through customer centric and life cycle-based communication and actions, acquire and retain customers. 

We are now looking for an experienced CRM Project Manager to join this team. It’s a full-time position, reporting to the Head of CRM team, based in Shanghai.

What you will do

As CRM Project Manager you are accountable for bringing various CRM projects to life by managing time plans, coordinating internal and external partners (creative agencies, production companies, digital agencies, printers, etc) and ensuring timely deliveries through all phases of the project.  Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Work together with internal and external functions to drive business KPI, including but limited to Recruitment, Engagement and Monetization.
• Manage operation for our loyalty program to maximize member lifetime value.
• Work closely with product team to develop customer centric products and experiences. 
• Drive, implement and execute Tmall CRM strategy working closely with internal cross teams, 3rd party vendor and counterparts at Alibaba. 
• Develop the detailed method, planning and reports of Tmall CRM to support business  team in targeting and building a relationship with their users.
• Take the initiatives in collecting preferred practices and new opportunities across industries to continuously optimize Tmall CRM.
• Manage CRM ongoing operations: campaigns and promotion creation and execution, contents and on-target messages set up and delivery to segmented audiences across all channels.
• Drive Business innovation such as private community operation for members.
• Support data analyst to build tracking and measurement format to evaluate operation performance.
• Be able to find insight and recommend improvements based on data analytics.

Who you are

• 3-5 years’ proven experience from project/production management roles, agency or client side, experiences with Tmall platform is a must.
• Ability to oversee omnichannel productions (print, digital, social & film)
• Organizing skills with high attention to details
• A solution-oriented mindset that enjoys making the impossible possible
• Capacity to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
• Great communication and team collaboration skills
• Creative personality with interest in design and fashion
• Familiarity with relevant production management software and common communications tools
• Ability to communicate fluidly in both Chinese & English
