Responsibility:

1. Make production planning for assemblly and other production departments base on capacity and customer requirements  and follow up the plan ,if not finish on time, report and check with order processing to get customer's approval and adjust production plan according to the actual finish quantity and time,ensure customer satisfaction and meet plant KPI stock coverage rate.

2. In urgent case need to evaluation the risk of delivery customer and calculate the required amounts of labor and machines capacity and materials.

3. Timly make rework order for slow moving and obsolete materials for both finished goods and semi-finished goods and sell to other customers to reduce dead stock.

4. Improve and optimize current standard and working process, fulfill logistics KPI and work efficientlly.

5. Deeply invloved in the design change process and tell production and warehouse using the right materials in the right time.

6. SAP maintinance for PP related work and coodinate with clearing COGIs and Levellings meetings.

7. Cost analyst for production order and ensure orders takes right cost in system,guide production use right packing materials base on delivery plan for export or local shipment.

8. Working closly with production and IE etc. in new projects ensure actual production follows plan and get right documents and materials, project complete on time.

9. Other work assigned by logistic manager.

Requirement:

1. Experiences in manufacturing factory at least 5 years and skillfully using SAP and lean.

2. Knowledge of capacity planning and well known production kanban and pull system etc.

3. Good english and good communications.

4. Knowledge of mathematics and statistics.

5. Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices.

6. University or above,Min. 5 years of work experience in automobile or manufacture field.
