We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Specialist to develop and deliver sales operational initiatives. The Sales Operations Specialist will be working closely with multiple business teams/stakeholders and execute operational tasks to support and improve AGL services deliverables and experience to ensure long-term success. The role will work on Amazon systems, interact with Sellers, and perform daily operational tasks from leads and account management, account life-cycle process management as well as data analysis and reports/dashboards development.
 

The ideal candidate should have sales operation related experience, ability to work independently in a complex and fast growing business environment. The candidate will be able to interface with technology systems, pull out data from varied resources, analyze data and gather actionable conclusions; and be comfortable in executing repeatable processes while identify and proactively explore opportunities for process improvement or automation.

Job Description

  • Provide daily support to multiple sales teams on centralized and standardized operational tasks including but not limited to: leads/account/credit management, seller profile creation, contract management, data pulling, reports generation, and systems utilizations etc.
  • Identify operational barriers and dive deep on root causes, provide feedback and innovative solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Document processes, regularly update existing SOP, review/suggest SOP changes required if any
  • Identify areas of possible process improvement or automation opportunities, assist and support to create and implement complicated process, and independently work on small scales ones
  • Develop and handle various sets of daily, weekly and monthly business reports, and dashboards
  • Provide insights or deep dive analysis on accounts, seller segmentation, performance gaps, etc.
  • Present analysis result to different level of management in business languages
  • Mastery at Amazon systems, trouble shoot system relevant issues by interacting with multiple system owners, and identify opportunities for system optimization

Basic Qualifications

  • 1+ years of industrial experience, preferably in supply chain or international logistics industry
  • 1+ years of business analysis role preferably with sales tools, sales processes and sales force automation systems
  • Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, testing, and creating/deploying solutions to end users
  • Excellent in using Word, Excel formula, and basic knowledge of Tableau, VBA or other data analytical tools
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Be good at both oral and written English

  • Ability to work flexible hours in order to meet task deadlines
  • Ability to compile and analyze performance data to develop metrics that support decision-making
  • Outstanding analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
