职位描述：

1.根据部门用人需求，发布招聘职位，组织安排体检、面试等；

2.员工入、离职手续办理及对应人社局备案手续办理；

3.修订、审核员工考勤系统假期，确保员工假期数据准确；  

4.制作人力分析报表，为招聘、考勤、用工提供数据支持；

5.领导交办的其他事项。

任职资格：

1、本科及以上学历，具有1~3年大型制造业人力资源工作经历；

2、CET-4，英语听说读写能力精通；

3、熟练使用Microsoft相关办公软件，有微信平台及H5制作经验者优先考虑；

4、熟悉人力资源系统以及了解劳动合同法及相关人事政策法规的优先考虑；

5、有较强的沟通能力、语言表达能力、组织协调能力及客户关系建设能力；

6、创造力强，有良好的活动策划和执行能力；

7、善于沟通与协调，有良好的团队协作能力。
