- Business Unit/Function: Finance

- Location: Beijing

Perform Costing activities for one or several company codes in GCR including sanity checks and production of timely, accurate and relevant cost data.

- First level support to LE in GCR: Monitor common mailbox for their requests, and contribute to the issues resolution and questions related answering to the assigned focus area on a daily basis, during PEC & TP & BUD activities

- Maintain Costing Master Data (Cost Center, Material Master Data, Selling Price and Assessments)

- Peform activities for actual cost calculation during monthly PEC

- Perform Costing related and Pre-PEC Health Checks

- Perform all necessary health checks and reconciliation to ensure quality of data provided with agreed timelines

- Execution of Budget and DF activities, ensuring accurate information

- Perform monthly/quarterly reports

- Perform Ad Hoc cost analysis for the needs of businesses/functional controllers (ex. Financial simulations, change impact)

- Take ownership of his knowledge acquisition around system/processes and best practices towards others team members and colleagues

- Help maintaining documentation on key learnings/experiences acquired around execution of business processes

- Assist on the implementation of new costing functionalities, tools and solutions

- Formal finance/Accounting qualification of appropriate level (degree or similar)

- Prior experience in F&C

- Proficiency in English and language of the market (where applicable)
