职位概要

Job Overview

园林工程主管在园林经理的指导下主要负责园区内园林项目的改造，新建/改建等施工管理，主要包括景观提升、工程施工进度、控制工程质量、保证施工景观效果，负责园区植物的景观管理，设施的管理维护，新栽植苗木的病虫害控制等。保证安全和满意的同时，达到效率和质量水平。

The Landscape Project Supervisor is mainly responsible for the conversion, new construction/reconstruction, and other construction management of the gardens in the park under the guidance of the Garden Manager. The main tasks include improving the landscape, overseeing construction progress, controlling construction quality, and ensuring the effects of landscape construction projects. The Supervisor is also responsible for managing the landscape of the plants in the park, managing and maintaining facilities, and controlling diseases and pests for newly-planted seedlings and trees. The Supervisor must maintain the highest efficiency and quality while ensuring safety and satisfaction.

Duties

·       管理园林景观的新建、改善和改造工程；严格管理施工进度、严格把控施工质量、严格遵循施工规范；确保安全施工和文明施工，保证园林景观效果，以有效地支持区域主题和品牌标识。

·       Management of new construction, improvement, and conversion projects for the garden landscape. Rigorous construction progress management, construction quality management and strict compliance with construction regulations. Ensure safe and civilized construction. Guarantee the effect of garden landscape to effectively support regional topics and brands.

·       遵循既定的UBR政策、程序、培训要求和员工活动相关的要求，理解并积极参与和提高环境、健康和安全相关标准要求。

·       Comply with related requirements in established UBR policies, procedures, training requirements, and employee activities. Understand and actively take part in meeting related standards and requirements for improving the environment, health, and safety.

·       配合园林经理制定工程项目的预算、计划和安全保证措施；

·       Assist with the Garden Manager in making budget, plans, and safety assurance measures of the projects;

·       为顺利完成园林工程，积极主动与各方进行沟通和协调。

·       Actively communicate and coordinate with various parties for the successful completion of garden projects.

·       实施和执行园林工程项目相关的各项流程、标准及制度。

·       Implement and execute related procedures, standards, and systems for garden projects.

·       有效管理劳动力和非劳动力资源，及第三方队伍的管理工作。

·       Effectively manage labor and non-labor resources as well as third-party teams.

·       协助建立工程质量标准体系，执行质量保证所需的流程和标准操作。

·       Assist in the establishment of project quality standard systems and execute procedures and standard operations necessary for quality warranty.

·       完成分配的其他任务。

·       Complete other assigned tasks.

 

任职资格

Qualifications

·       8年以上大型园林工程施工和管理的经验；

·       At least 8 years of experience in large-scale garden construction and management;

·       3年以上主管工作经验；

·       At least 3 years of experience in a management role;

·       能熟练使用AutoCAD、Office软件及相关工程管理软件；

·       Familiar with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and related project management software;

·       能对有关的图纸及方案进行编制与实施，并能及时解决施工中的关键技术问题，具有良好的园林工程项目施工管理、工程造价、进度控制、成本分析等各项工作的管理能力和工程技术工艺的专业水平。

·       Ability to formulate and implement related drawings and solutions and able to resolve key technical issues in construction. Ability to provide solid construction management for garden projects and management of project cost, progress control, and cost analysis and professional skills in construction technologies.

学历背景

Academic Background

本科以上学历，景观设计/景观园艺技术/观赏园艺/景观建筑学、农学、园艺或相关专业优先。有丰富经验者，可适当放宽条件。

College graduate or above. Graduates with landscape design / landscape and horticulture technology / ornamental horticulture / landscape architecture, agronomy, horticulture, or related majors preferred. Qualifications may be flexible for candidates with rich experience.

Related Certificates

园艺师/景观工程师/园丁优先。或持有关证书或工程师职称者优先。

Certified horticulturist / landscape engineer / gardener preferred. Candidates with related licenses or engineer titles preferred.

有效的驾驶执照/需要操作公司车辆。

Valid driver’s license / need to drive company vehicles.
