1 Responsible quotation (local) - investment, process planning and cost calculation.

负责（本地）报价阶段的投资,工艺规划与成本核算。

2 Responsible process development - equipment tests and organize to solve the problem.

负责开发阶段设备调试，并对出现的各种问题进行收集、整理做出解决方案。

3 Responsible for welding process, process layout and Optimization in new product development.

负责新产品开发中的焊接工艺方案、工艺布局及优化等。

4 Be responsible for process design, design review, problem solving, assist in debugging and pre acceptance.

负责工艺设计方案规划，对供应商设计进行审核、问题解决、调试以及预验收。

5 Responsible for the preparation of relevant process documents (PFMEA / control plan / process flow, etc.) and the setting of welding process parameters;

负责相关工艺文件的编写(PFMEA/控制计划/过程流程等)及焊接工艺参数的设定；

6 Responsible communicate with supplier’s technical solutions

负责与厂家沟通技术方案

7 Continuous Improvement (cost, quality, safety, efficiency and waste)

对现场做持续改善，提高生产效率，减少浪费，节约成本。

8 Cooperate with quality department make a solution on the issue of customer complaints, analysis and optimization of welding process

配合质保部门对客户抱怨的问题做出解决方案, 分析优化焊接工艺 

9 Familiar with the basic principle of BIW dimension control, the dimensional positioning strategy and fixture proposal review.

熟悉白车身尺寸控制基本原理，尺寸定位策略和夹具方案评审

10 Familiar with BIW process standard and specification, including process quality standard, design standard, process validation standard, etc., including welding, joint, gluing, etc.

熟悉白车身工艺标准及规范，包括工艺质量标准，设计标准，工艺验证标准等，包括焊接，连接，涂胶，等工艺

11 Familiar with BIW process, including spot welding, projection welding, SPR, FDS, stud welding, laser welding, clinch, arc welding, gluing and other processes, able to optimize process and solve problems

熟悉白车身工艺，包括点焊、凸焊、SPR自冲铆、FDS自攻螺接、螺柱焊、激光焊、Clinch、弧焊、涂胶等工艺，能进行工艺方案优化及问题解决

防呆规划及节点控制.
