职责描述：

1、产品规划

参与产品的整体发展战略与产品的规划，提出产品规划及可行性方案，制定阶段性产品目标；

负责智慧运营产品需求调研，市场竞品分析，业务分析，提供产品解决方案；

2、需求推进

制订或根据业务规划提出产品需求，输出产品设计原型、需求文档并组织评审；

产品生命周期管理，把控产品质量，达成产品目标；

3、产品优化

制定产品核心竞争力，解决用户痛点，持续优化产品的用户体验，提升关键指标；

关注和研究行业热点，为公司产品战略决策提供建议及改进意见。

4、解决方案

针对公司产品，制定相对应的高品质产品解决方案，进行客户沟通，为客户提供咨询及解决方案服务。

 

任职要求：

1、统招本科及以上，3-5年以上大型TOB产品相关工作经验，经历过完整的产品研发生命周期；

2、具备产品设计和产品管理经验，制定完成产品规划，把握和控制其优先级，拆解阶段目标并实施；

3、熟悉销售管理、营销管理类业务流程，了解其设计规范及开发技术，能够与研发就细节问题进行沟通；

4、具备优秀的沟通能力、文档能力、逻辑思维能力，熟练使用axure等产品工具，能够快速构建高质量的信息架构、流程图、交互模型；

5、具备良好的合作意识、沟通能力，抗压能力，对新事物、新产品敏感，喜欢琢磨；

6、对物业管理系统、财务管理系统、会员管理系统、营销系统、大数据、人工智能技术有一定了解；

7、具备大型商业地产管理软件产品经验加分，有TOB营销管理项目经验加分，技术背景加分。
