岗位职责：

安全：

1. 确保操作符合公司安全管理的规定，能敏感的识别到生产现场所存在的安全隐患并及时改正。
2. 培养员工养成良好的安全操作习惯，5S习惯，组织员工保持现场高标准的5S。
3. 了解现场设备状态，确保设备安全、合规的运行。

质量：

1. 负责班组的质量指标达成。
2. 定期给员工做质量、工艺方面的培训，并且能够帮助员工在实际操作过程中满足质量要求。
3. 生产质量异常及时上报、调查，并做根本原因分析和改善。
4. 识别现场质量改善点，并执行相关的改善行动。

交付

1. 根据调度员生产作业计划安排，合理调配资源（包括人员、物料、设备等），优化工作效率。
2. 与其他相关部门保持积极、正向的沟通。

人员

1. 维护班组人员团结，积极解决员工在工作中遇到的困难，响应员工的合理需求，提升员工满意度。
2. 及时将公司政策，班组消息传达给到员工，确保员工能够掌握到公司、班组的动向。
3. 能够敏感的察觉到员工心态和情绪，及时进行正向沟通。

成本

1. 跟进生产过程的损耗控制工作，结合生产流程的关键控制点，开展和监督损耗控制工作。
2. 负责管理班组的低值易耗品使用，合理分配资源。
3. 负责管理班组的危废产生。
4. 能够识别生产现场的浪费，并制定措施进行改善。

 

任职要求：

1. 中专以上学历，化工相关专业优先。
2. （同行业）一年以上生产管理经验优先。
3. 较强的执行力与组织能力、良好的沟通能力与协调能力。
4. 必要的电脑操作能力，能够熟练使用Office软件
