- As the contact point of IT service desk, to provide the first call resolution through Skype call, email etc. and consistently logging all issues into the call management system.
- To provide the technical advice and support to end users regarding the use of computer hardware and software, perform routine installs, modify and make minor repairs to hardware and software systems.
- To follow up on the progress of the issue until closure, in order to provide good customer satisfaction.
- To follow and communicate group IT guidelines and process
- To provide IT knowledge training for internal end users
- To monitor IT Services availability and health status and provide KPI weekly report to supervisor / manager.
- To manage IT inventory consistently ensure changes are reflected with the reality
- To escalate the relevant issues to the next level of support in a timely manner.
- To implement group cloud solution in Wilo China with creative thinking.
