IT project service (technical)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To be the applications expert to provide with the technical solutions for the project implementations and Customer process improvements.

2. Work with GIT to Implement the standard processes and functions for WMS/TMS, which provides project service team to leverage during the implementation.

3. Provide the application training regularly to the project services and production functions to promote the whole team’s system knowledge.

4. IT Project management and implementations with focus on high quality delivery.

5. Close working relationship and communications with internal business/operations /Global IT technical teams

6. Quick response and execution of systems enhancements requirements provided by key account customer/operations teams within the agreed SLA.

Education & Professional Qualification

? University graduate or equivalent in Computer Science or related disciplines

Experience

? Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience and solid experience in MSSQL, SQL script and store procedure development.

? Solid technical experience in design of Warehouse Management System (WMS), Oracle Management System(OTM) is required.

? Strong experience in relating to, and being comfortable in interacting with people – good interpersonal skills.

? Must have engagement experiences in any 3 of the following processes

1. User Requirement Collection

2. Functional Design 

3. Technical Design

4. System Configuration

5. System Testing

6. UAT

7. Conversion planning / Mock Conversion

8. Training

9. Simulation / Rehearsal 

10. Rollout Support

? Engagement experience in Logistics or Supply Chain industry is preferred.

? Proven troubleshooting and technical writing skills 

? Time management and personal organization skills to effectively manage several tasks, sometimes with competing priorities

? Good communication skills, both oral and written (Mandarin & English), able to effectively communicate complex technical issues to management and technical staff
