Area of responsibility

Join vessel dispatch 24/7 shift duty.

Provide a seamless monitoring and support to ML fleet within LOC geography.

Manage vessel operating for port stay and husbandry issues (repairing/bunkering), including 3rd party agency performance.

Build the solid and full situation awareness about the port / vessel / environment condition in the geography.

Drive operational efficiency in order to achieve lowest cost and excellent service delivery to our customers.

Mainly responsibility:

• Drive Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI), Service Level Agreement’s (SLA) and standard execution framework for the terminals and agencies in LOC coverage.

• Live and grow team MLOS

• Analyse performance of operational execution of Maersk Line operated vessels in the approach and port stay, drive performance reviews and follow-up.

-        Improve healthy work-life balance and stay in high engagement level.

• Build, maintain and develop excellent relationship with various stakeholders both internally and externally (with other Execution teams, Ship management, Terminal, Port Authorities, 3rd party service providers, Maersk Line vessel command, etc.)

-        Emergency handling and contingency planning to protect safe and efficient vessel operations at sea / at port.

-        Support the E2E process optimization and Marine functional project development.
