Job Description:

• Read and reply to correspondence within SLA’s as defined for the specific communication channel
• Conduct Vessel Reconciliation & Manifest process as per process design.
• Facilitate completion of documentation process，
• Handle DGD and REEF cargo shipments as per manuals, guidelines and policies.
• System Workflow attendance and reply within time frame
• Assist customers with their issues keeping close communication with our co-workers locally in order to ensure prompt exception handling.
• Deliver customer experience as outline by CENCS.

Position Specifications:

1. Education and Experience:

Bachelor degree, or bearing similar professional qualification in the same or related field.

Minimum 1 years relevant experience in the customer service field.

2. Skills Required:

Good communication skills required.

Language: Fluent Korean speaking, verbal and writing. English reading and writing.

Must have computer experience: Excel, Word, and Power Point.

Ability to work under pressure,

Detail oriented; Ability to perform processes as per pre-defined design；
