Main responsibilities:

? Take full charge of all quality issues during whole production process
? Set up and implement strategies for quality function, including quality system establishment & maintenance, process improvement, KPI measurement, etc.
? Establish and maintain the quality management system; Supervise, audit and manage the operation of quality system
? Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the company's quality systems and policies into compliance with quality system requirements
? Compile the inspection specifications of outsourcing parts and materials; Strictly control the incoming quality
? Coordinate internal management reviews and conduct quality system audits so as to achieve quality approval
? Monitor and inform standards created by external bodies, and integrate within internal quality management systems
? Communicate with internal departments and external customers to solve quality problems in time and effectively
? Other duties as assigned

Educational qualification:

University degree or above, major in related subjects, or has junior level of working qualification


Working experience:

? About 5 years working experience focused on quality management
? Experienced in automotive industry, familiar with quality systems such as TS16949, PPAP, APQP, ISO9000, ISO14000, etc.
? Has technical background
? Able to work hands-on on all quality related issues
? Good leadership
