• Lead the development & execute of Bus fleet sales strategies (replacement & OE spec) to achieve AOP goals.
• Lead the direction to build the sales team in terms of the Process, Entrepreneurship, Strong sales and technical capability and positive team culture.
• Communicate constantly with cross functions to fully implement MRT bus fleet strategies (e.g. supply chain, product management and after service).

 

Responsibilities:

Lead the development & execute of Bus fleet sales strategies to ensure AOP Target Achievement

• Leads the development and deployment of a monthly/quarterly/yearly sales plan in line with approved sales strategies, to accomplish volume/margin/mix targets.
• Lead Bus fleet sales team in daily operation and management to enhance the working efficiency and effectiveness.
• Fully utilize Goodyear product performance advantage and new product launch, lead the team to sell right tire to right customer at right time.

Key account management & Demand planning

• Lead Bus fleet sales team to enhance the new customer development, project bidding and pipeline management to get business profitable and sustainable growth.
• Develop and build direct relationship with the senior leadership of key accounts in order to increase Goodyear brand awareness, promote Goodyear products, and develop profitable business relationships to gain more market shares.

• Cooperate with cross-function team to achieve sales target, improve internal co-working efficiency.
• Actively engaged in S&OP meeting and enhance the sales forecast accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Marketing intelligence

• Monitor competitive activities and marketed information at bus flees level.
• Focus on bus and coach OE and fleet industry trends and share information with internal teams to better support the product research and development.
• Working with key accounts to set standards for tire use in the bus fleets.

• Actively involved in the talent review and career path conversation with key talents in the team.
• Actively motivate the team with inspiration, coaching and reorganization.
• Closely KPI tracking and support the team to seek the opportunities and solve the problem in time.

 

Responsibilities:

• Bachelor of Engineering or Economics.
• 8 plus years sales / marketing and operating experience in tire or automobile industry.
• At least 3 year’s working experience for Fleet Sales.
• Experience in world-class tire company renowned for sales management, aggressive growth orientation, product leadership.
• Has exhibited courage of conviction and tenacity/ persistence. Holds steadfast to a view of what must be done – pursuing goals despite significant obstacles or resistance from others.
• Understand and has experience in B to B environment.
• A demonstrated leader and coach who is hands-on by nature.
• Visionary, positive, consultative, and energetic, with an abiding sense of urgency.
• Team player – an ability to establish partnering relationships and maintain alignment with the other operating businesses and functional groups.
• Strong problem solver. The ability to see the real problem/Solution in a complex and cluttered landscape.
• Communication skills written, verbal, and presentation. Exceptional business acumen with strong leadership orientation and communication skills.
