For a vehicle project leaded in SHANGHAI, PSA ask for Assistant to complete vehicle engineering management under the management of complete vehicle engineering management director(AFPS/CISV), the BEX (on site) is in charge to make some tasks during his/her presence in PSA site.

In order to accomplish all tasks, we require the BEX to execute his/her mission with the skills and competences described as below:

1.        DEPARTMENT ADMINISTRATION

-     Support scheduling department operations through technical and project meeting planning, manpower planning, department board updates, shift management and so on.

-     Follow up manpower (LB, BEX hours) and expenses (PRD, NDF) consumption through standard KPI.

-     Follow department training and skill progress.

2.        PROJECT MANGEMENT ASSISTANCE   

-   Under leadership of project performance manger (RPV), to buildup and negotiate vehicle validation plan cross all design teams, to reach a target of global resource and budget, respect project planning and milestone achievements.

-   Follow and update validation plan during execution phase.

-   Manage spare part request and follow logistics.

3.        WORK EXPERIENCE and SKILLS

-    3 years of working experience, in automotive industry is preferred, with project management experience is a plus.

-    Open minded, skilled in communication, quick learner.

-    Average level skilled in MS office

-    Experience in PSA is a plus.

4.        LANGUAGE

-    English : Fluent

-    French :  A plus

-    Chinese: Fluent
