Production manager
JD:
To plan, organize, direct and control the production activities of the
Finishing plant as to achieve targets in terms of outputs,
quantity and quality within budgeted costs and customer requirements. To
ensure that all objectives and activities of the Finishing plant are
aligned with Cutting plant's business objectives, eliminate waste in
the overall supply chain of the finishing plant and deliver Supply Chain
and all other customers.

Job requirement:
At least a University degree in engineering or Management science.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in the industry preferably in
automotive
Excellent knowledge of product and production processes，Good knowledge
of commissioning, and operating experience of industry plants.
Good knowledge of cross functional business processes .
Good knowledge of project definition and follow-up.
Chinese and English for all 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading and
writing),Germany is a plus.
English will be the working language.
Good people management and leadership skills.
Good project management skills and customer oriented.
