Position Summary

To apply technical expertise and/or experiences to the design and execution of experiments/clinical trials in the development of Feline and Canine vaccines. Show a high degree of independence in completing laboratory works/trials and critically analyzing/interpreting the data/results. Pursue a competent and experienced candidate with background of veterinary virology/microbiology/immunology relevant majors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Perform experiments independently in the realm of virology/bacteriology/clinical trials.

2. Apply advanced technical and functional knowledge to the development of new and existing vaccines through membership in project teams, as appropriate to the role and required by the business.

3. Actively contribute to team discussions.

4. Write protocols, reports and technical documents in a timely manner for studies and regulatory submission.

5. Design, develop and validate analytical assays.

6. Participate in the non-project activities to ensure compliant and smooth lab operation.

7. Troubleshoot and good communication capabilities

Requirements (if applicable)

1. Master's degree or above in Veterinary/Microbiology or advanced knowledge in the field of bacteriology or virology.

2. Several years of hands-on experience on vaccine development or relevant experience is preferred; experience in companion animal product development is a bonus.

3. Critical and logical scientific mind-set, ability to collate and present study data.

4. Attention to details, good team player, self-driven, cooperative and accountable.

5. Ability to communicate in English.
